Tis' the Season for spending time indoors with family and friends. It is also the time of year for shopping and gift giving! My company and I are putting together some new art prints, calenders for the new year and cuddly "Snow Melts" from one of our fellow artist. We will be updating our site frequently this month to get everything new up promptly.
"We Three Kings" print is a popular print this time of year and we have less then 100 available so if it's one you want try to get it early. I will be working on some new artwork as well throughout the month. If you are in the Cleveland, Ohio area you can see some of my work on display at No Regrets Tattoo Company of Cleveland. They are featuring print number 1/100 of "We Three Kings" and an original canvas painting of mine "Santa's Helper" (anime).
If you are heavy into social media you can follow my studio (Studio One Tree) and I on Twitter, Tumblr and Deviant Art. These are all great place to see what's new and receive updates. I love connecting with people and enjoy the feedback. Stay safe and warm this Christmas and shop Studio One Tree!

Ghouls! Art by Levi Thomas
So I have been starting some art projects for October. As many of you that follow my art know that I always do a ton of art for Halloween (oo) I wanted to post a concept piece I was working on and show from start to finish. Well it's not finished yet only because it has sparked many side workings. I am now going to do a sculpture piece of this art after the print is complete. Also after sending the rough idea to my buddy Charlie (who by the way is an amazing artist with 3-D skills that are of the chart. You should go find him "charlie clausing" on the web and follow him!). He sent me a 3-D render that will give you a little sneek peek of what is yet to come! It was one of those pieces that you cant just draw it and say "okay, thats done on to the next". No, now it must be done in many different ways. Well enough rambling on. Thanks for checking out the blogg piece. I will try to keep the updates often, as well as all the other art I have been working on this summer. :)

"Nuclear" Poster art by Levi Thomas

My newest poster to arrive at the studio "Nuclear". I worked on this fun art a few months back. I was working on some ideas with a few other artist to raise money for the tragedy in Japan. We did not end up going with this art. Well I couldnt let it just sit in the files of my computer so I made it into a poster. I will be submitting it to the studio website to be sold as a 23x34 poster size print. There will be 100 available all hand signed and numbered. If you have a studio or a just blank wall it is a great piece of art to hang up. There is alot of other great poster art on our website as well and much more to come. I will be featuring them as they show up to the studio from the print shop. Hope you enjoy. These posters are the highest quality posters and the paper is a nice heavy stock. Easter is upon us..

It's been a busy March and April. Putting together the anticipated "Die Turkey Die' book as well as a book full of artwork from the studio. Both due out this summer. I have had a few request to do some holiday art. With Easter around the corner I thought about doing something different from the usual, Well different from my usual anyways. My idea was basically taking the concept that most kids have of Easter which is the ever wonderful "Easter Bunny" and combining it with the religious side of the holiday. Now, I rarely draw about politics or religion, mostly because every where you turn people will argue their opinion on what's right and what's wrong. So take this art piece how you may and create your own thoughts and feelings that fit you. In the meantime, I will continue to make art that I enjoy to do and have fun sharing it with all of you. Have a wonderful Easter and enjoy the time spent with friends and loved ones. I'm going to go stock up on Peeps!

New Print "I'll Kill You".

"I'll Kill You" Art by Levi Thomas. Some new art I was originally saving for the upcoming book "Art By Levi" vol 1. coming later this summer, But I had to get this to the studio for prints. I had alot of fun doing this and had alot of frustrations too. When I first created the idea for it, I drew it 2x2 (very small). Then the pencil sketch sat in a pile of scrap paper for a while and kept getting shuffled around till it was almost forgotten about. Im not saying ths is some kind of masterpiece, but it was something I couldn't just leave unfinished. So finally I had a rainy day in the studio and got out the little crumbled, faded sketch, and started putting it together. Now that it's done I am glad I did. This will add a colorful look in the studio despite its unusual name. It will still appear in the book and with the original concept sketch. The print will be for sale at http://www.studioonetree.com/studioprints later in March. If you want it sooner please contact me levi@studioonetree.com . There will be 100 available, numbered and hand signed. Hope you enjoy this one as much as we do.

"Watching" poster print

"Watching" artwork by Levi Thomas. This poster is available at Studio One Tree. Originally I wanted this to be a print 11x17. Then I saw this as a poster 34x24 and was floored. The print was just to small in comparison to the poster. The company that we get our posters through does some amazing work. The paper stock they use is thicker than most and the colors are vibrant. They really bring the life out of the artwork as intended when I created it. I look at these posters as collectors pieces so each one comes numbered and hand signed by me. There is only a set amount available as well. They are gallery size pieces of art and should be enjoyed as such. I value quality and feel my friends, fans and collectors appreciate that as well. I enjoy making the artwork so I want people to enjoy showcasing it. It's what makes being an artist worth it. As a kid this poster would have been my favorite.
